Assurance & Financial Information

À Boca Jaw Surgery, the office of Dr. Ronald L. Katz, we make every effort to provide the highest level of patient-centered care while offering convenient financial options. We participate with most major PPO dental insurance plans, either through direct contracts or leased network agreements, including the Dentemax network. Our team will work with you to help maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.

Please bring your current insurance information with you to your consultation so that we may verify benefits and expedite claim submission. As a courtesy, we will submit claims to most insurance plans. If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage, avantages, or financial arrangements, please contact our office.

We currently participate with Humana/CompBenefits HMO plans. This allows us to provide oral and maxillofacial surgical care to many employees and families served by the Palm Beach County and Broward County School Districts, as well as other Humana/CompBenefits members throughout South Florida.
